hey guys this is my first part of the two piece project! I am painting with watercolor and watered down acrylics/acrylics. this photo was taken by me, in Hawaii:-) do you guys think I should darken up the trees a bit? it is supposed to be a silhouette kind of, and I really want the sunset to pop! if so, so you guys think i should darken up everything in the picture besides the sunset? and also, I am thinking of adding more Palm trees to the background. if you guys have any other suggestions please feel free to comment them! thanks:-)
The trunk on the right palm tree could be darkened. Add more dark values in the back trees.your sky is flawless though. It looks amazing.
