This piece is about how consciousness relates to the ability to think and feel. It was made with colored pencil and watercolor. I was wondering what I should to to make the highlights in the figure more prominent? Should I bring in some white paint? Also, do you think the background distracts from the main figure/what can I do to make it better?
I don't think the background is distracting at all. I love the motion! I think white paint would be a really cool addition. Other than that, it looks really complete and well done.
ReplyDeleteI think adding white paint would be good for highlights, and because right now there is a lot of dark bringing in the white would be really good. I think he blue contrasts enough with the back that even though there is a lot going on it doesn't get lost.
ReplyDeleteWow it looks amazing! If you thinking of white paint for highlights l think that would be a nice touch but not completely necessary. As for contrast I think the blue and yellow play off each other very well
