Question: How can I bring out the colors more within my piece and should i introduce a contrasting color against my overall "warm" arrangement of colors?
If you haven't already done it, I would still consider incorporating some tints and shades of blue..not in your sun area but more the background area. (Push the range of color value overall) It also needs some texture and details overall and consider push your intended meaning behind the piece..right now the sun and your warm colors are coming through but i'm not sure of the deeper meaning.
I would use green. It has enough contrast but not enough to disturb the piece's unity
