To trash it I crumpled it up and then ripped it and poured some nail polish remover on it. I contoured the objects with pencil then used water color and went back over with charcoal to add darks.
I really like the warm color scheme with the blue objects standing out. If I would change anything, I would try to add more vibrancy to the apple in someway as I think it feels a little flat in comparison to the rest of the piece. Great work though!
As I mentioned yesterday, I love the warm color scheme in contrast to the blues you have in your focal point. I saw movement in the apple, the bottle, and the bag and I like its flow. Did you add to the background since we saw it in class or is it more orange-y in the picture? Either way, it's super cool!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite part is the colors you picked for it, they all go together very nicely. A thing to try is maybe make the line work a bit darker?
